Just Desserts for Kids

During the holiday and winter time, Prevent Child Abuse Vermont partners with restaurants for a very special fundraising event, JUST DESSERTS FOR KIDS. This is a flexible special event that raises awareness and funds to benefit Vermont's children and families and provides customer/community recognition, goodwill and additional dessert sales for participating restaurants.

Restaurants contribute a portion of the proceeds from the sale of their desserts to PCAVT. The amount of the contribution per dessert and the time period dedicated to JUST DESSERTS FOR KIDS is entirely up to each restaurant.

PCAV's responsibilities: PCAVT supplies 3 posters and table tents enough for every table to each participating restaurant. PCAVT will send press releases to local newspapers and radio stations expressing appreciation and promoting each participating restaurant.

Restaurant's responsibilities: Restaurants will put up the 3 posters and place a table tent on each table during the period of participation. Restaurants will track the number of desserts and mail their contribution to PCAVT at the end of JUST DESSERTS FOR KIDS.
