Prevent Child Abuse Vermont publishes the VPHC annually and we are now on our 35th edition.
The publication is given to all new parents in Vermont, distributed through hospitals, adoption agencies, Welcome Baby providers, Parent Child Centers, pediatricians' offices, Vermont Department of Health Offices, Social and Rehabilitation Offices and many more.
